What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy stresses the use of whole and organic foods as medicines. Good nutrition is a key aspect of good health.
 
A nutritionist considers each person to be unique and recommends personalised programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We look at the whole person not the condition in isolation.
 
Nutritional therapy can be invaluable in supporting you towards a specific goal, managing a chronic health condition – alongside medicinal support – or helping you to make healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Supplements can also help where nutrient levels are low and an extra nutrient boost is needed.
